General Purpose Reloadable (GPR)

Putting Cardholders in Control
This patented technology puts cardholders in control by giving them the power to approve transactions before they are authorized. Cards offered with ToggleGUARD provide a proactive way to fight fraud by leveraging text capable cell phone technology.
Cards are inactive until the cardholder turns on (Toggles) the card to make a purchase. This can be done before the card is swiped by sending a coded text message.
If the card is off during authorization, the transaction is rejected. The cardholder receives the transaction detail via a text message, which they must respond with an “ON” request to activate the card.
If it is an unknown transaction the transaction will continue to be declined as the card is still in the “OFF” position. The cardholder will have all the transaction details to follow up with Customer Support or the appropriate authorities. Through these text alerts fraud can be detected and stopped.
